Applications are invited for the following post under the ICMR-funded research project entitled “Investigating mutational spectrum of SUMO-pathway enzymes modulating replication fork dynamics and therapeutic response in BRCA2-deficient Triple-Negative-Breast Cancer Patients: Integrating Indian clinical samples and cellular models,” under Dr. Vivek Tripathi, Department of Molecular Genetics and Cancer, NUCSER, Nitte University (DU), Mangaluru, Karnataka, India.

Essential Qualification:
First class M.Sc/M.Tech./M.Pharm/B.Tech/B.Pharm/ or any field of life Sciences. Preferably Ph.D. or 2 years of experience


Desirable experience:
Expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques, Western blotting, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, NGS, patient sample handling, histopathological techniques. Willingness to work in collaborative environment.

Candidates with UGC-CSIR/ NET/ /GATE/ICMR-JRF/DBT-BET qualifications will be preferred but not mandatory.
