M.PHARM

Admission to M.Pharm course is based on merit in the All India Entrance Test, NU PGET which is normally conducted in the month of February each year.

Application forms are available at the University office at Mangalore. The same can also be downloaded from the website www.nitte.edu.in. The duly filled-in application form should be forwarded along with the photocopies of the documents listed below and a DD for Rs.1,000/- favoring Nitte University payable at Mangalore.

For General Merit
1.10th Std./SSLC Pass certificate (for date of birth)
2.Degree marks cards for all the years
3.Attempt certificate issued by the college authorities
4.Industrial Training Certificate
5.Councils Registration Certificate
6.Degree certificate issued by the University

For NRIs and Foreign nationals
1.10thStd./SSLC Pass certificate (for date of birth)
2.Degree marks cards for all the years
3.Attempt certificate issued by the college authorities

List of documents to be produced at the time of admissions

1. 10th Std. pass certificate for proof of date of birth – Original + 3 attested copies
2. B.Pharm marks cards of all the 4 yrs (incase of lateral entry to B.Pharm, D.Pharm marks cards should also be produced)
3. Industrial training certificate – Original + 3 attested copies
4. Degree certificate issued by the University – Original + 3 attested copies
5. Pharmacist’s registration certificate– Original + 3 attested copies
6. Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended – Original+ 3 attested copies
7. Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended – Original only
8. Eligibility Certificate (Application form can be obtained from the University office)
9. Migration Certificate from the Board of the institution last attended
10.Physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
11.Blood group certificate
12.Photographs: Passport size 05, Stamp size 05

Additional documents to be produced for NRIs
1. Valid passport and student visa for the period of study. (Original must be shown for verification. 5 duly-attested photocopies must be produced.)
2. Proof of employment of the parent – Original
3. Attested photocopy of the passport of the parent (if the student has studied in India)

Additional documents to be produced for foreign nationals
1. Valid passport and student visa for the period of study. (Original must be shown for verification. 5 duly-attested photocopies must be produced.)
2. Letter of sponsorship if applicable – Original + 5 copies
3. *Residential permit from the local SP and FRO
4. *No objection certificate issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India
These will be processed once the student reports at the University/Institution.
