  1. How do i apply?
    Go to our DOWNLOADS section in the website and download the appropriate application form (which is given in the PDF format). Fill in the details in the printed form of the same application and send it across to our office. For further assistance or information regarding the same, e-mail us at : info@nitte.edu.in
  2. When can i visit the campus?
    We have several visitation programmes for prospective students. Do contact us at info@nitte.edu.in and we will arrange for a suitable date for you.
  3. Is there a separate hostel facility for the girls?
    Yes, there are separate hostels for the girls. For more details, kindly browse through the website to find the requisites about the hostel facilities or do call us, to find out in detail.
  4. Can xerox copies of application forms be used?
    You can fill out an online application form which can be printed at your convenience.
  5. How can one obtain the transcripts?
    There are two ways to obtain the transcripts:
    Through the college:
    You should receive the transcripts in a month”s time. You would need to do the following
    Visit the college personally, and write a forwarding letter From -> The person applying, To -> The Registrar of Evaluations, VTU, Through -> The Principal, NMAMIT, Nitte, Subject -> Request for Transcripts. You would also need a covering letter to the Registrar, VTU explaining the nature of the documents enclosed and the address to which the transcripts need to be posted.
    The Forwarding letter would need to be signed by the Principal. In addition, one would need copies of each semester mark sheet, duly attested by the Principal.
    A DD in favour of ” The Finance Officer, VTU, Belgaum ” needs to be drawn. The costs of the transcripts are: Rs.250 for the first copy, and Rs.150 for every subsequent copy. (Please confirm the same with the office to get updated costs)
    Submit the Forwarding letter, Covering letter, attested copies of the marksheets and the DD to the office at the college.Directly from VTU:
    You could receive the transcripts within a day. You would need to do the following
    a. At the VTU, fill up the form that is provided for obtaining the transcripts.
    b. Attach attested copies of mark sheets (preferably attested by the college Principal).
    c. Attach the DD for the specified amount.
    d. Call up the VTU and check whether the Registrar would be available on the day you intend to visit the University.
